It’s funny because saying Fuck twice is grounds for a temp ban. Honestly, is the dark, religiously conflicting 18+ game intended to be played by people who should be held by their parent’s game? I’m not even angry, I’m laughing at how fast they banned me as opposed to the metric shittons of other issues they have to deal with.
Obviously it was BunBun or Peanut who did it. I’m sure Nirok(thanos4eva) reported me as well. It’s also funny because people get away with even worse in-game.

I was banned for “spamming” after they deleted my topic twice and failed to provide a reason as to why they were deleting it.

You’re a Game Sage. You’re in a position where you can’t get to know all the server and have a one on one talk with everyone else. I’m sure each person is different on a personal conversation, but this isn’t about that.
Anybody can be completely different, but truth of the matter is — you represent the community now. The server should feel responsible to talk to you one on one just because you want people to see who you are. You will be defined by the actions you do. So far you haven’t done much to merit any real praise. If anything you just ruined the image of the Game Sage team.
Though I must commend you — you do have some ‘nads to comment in my blog.

Quite frankly, I don’t care who you are, what your favorite color is, or when you met the guy of your dreams. It’s also hard to take anyone seriously who calls themselves “Glittery” and are supposedly a heterosexual male, but that’s beside the point.
You never took the time to get to know any of us either before you decided to pass judgment; the street runs both ways. You claimed to have “invited me numerous times to talk” on a GM-edited post, and yet you never have. Why would it benefit you to lie about that whatsoever? To make yourself appear better to the community? My inbox is devoid of any such messages, no blog comments, and you never PM’d me on forums OR in-game. I’m honestly glad you didn’t though. You’re some random dipshit in a game I don’t even play anymore. I have better things to do than waste an hour of my life trying to talk to you on YIM about why I think you’re a toolbag; in the end you’re still going to be a toolbag and I still won’t like you. We’ve already said why we don’t like you; if you’re too blind to see it and make necessary changes in your behavior, then you’re more stupid than I was first lead to believe.

Royce, I’m human. Sometimes, things will get to me. Every current GS has cracked at one point as I have gotten stories from each one of them. Unlike me, most of them were stopped by others before posting something stupid.
As for personal invites to talk to me? Every forum posts that you bashed me in and I responded to, I invited you to talk to me. Just because you don’t read the entirety of my posts before rage posting is not my fault.
I don’t give a shit whether you all like me or not. I could care less what you think. But as vets of a game, and two of you ex gs’s, I’m not the ONLY one with responsibilities but who knows, I could just be old fashioned. I do wish you well with WoW though…. One of the better MMo’s out there but I just never got into it. As I played it, I experianced way to many deja vu’s from the other MMO’s I had played before it…

Because, that is not the message implied, the message that was implicated was the fact that lashing out at AGE and acting like immature people by spamming and committing acts that violated the ToS were wrong. The better way to have acted would have been to have followed protocol and to send in a Request Tracker to the GM’s to have a ban appeal.(you did ask for the “correct” way and this is it, whether you like it or not)

It would also help to know the real reason as to why you are banned, since the main topic of this subject, that of lndi getting banned for personally attacking a GS is of false information.
It states nowhere in the ToS that a persons account can be banned for such acts, language aside.
So therefore, what was the implication of putting such a topic on your blog, knowing full well that you got banned for the language, and not for personally attacking a GS.
To lndi, Royce, and LG: I did in fact want to get to know you each one on one, but your persisting actions prevented me from doing so. Obviously by Royce’s comments, the effort would be futile, at best, to try and communicate on some level. He even stated in his post, that he cannot read any of my posts more than 3 words, without thinking “go fuck yourself”. This leads to a prejudged notion which, even through talking, could not be changed at all. That sentence in itself contradicts your words, telling that you do not read my posts with a non-biased view, and as such, read it with blind eyes.

I’d like to know when exactly I joined aeria’s ranks turning, “they’re,” into, “we’re”…. ’cause frankly, last time I checked, GS’s don’t have the ability to ban and I’m not really a favorite amongst the GM’s, for obvious reasons.
And if I’m not included in the, “they’re,” then there’s no conflicting statement.
I’m only going to address what is applied to me.
We already did the protocol, However GM (theenut) = bully pulling the strings to protect her husband.
We already know Theena is GMPeanut, will glady provide the epic hax evidence or theena herself admitting it.
The reason why these banns are frustrating is becase we know who is doing it. These such actions never happened in the past till Theena became GM. As such, reporting ANY BAN APPEAL, will just be sending to her, basically if she doesnt want you to play, your not playing.

I already know the ToS, it can lick my balls, they use it to their advantage. thier “perspective” on anything can be exxagerated. Like I already stated, posting 2 replies in a span of 1 minute per reply is considered “spamming” apparently, even though I can already find 10 other players not banned for “double posting” in under 1 minute invervals. When I turn the ToS around and use it against them, the topic gets deleted. quite the ToS.

I was half right. It was Peanut. It’s also funny because of all the GM events I’ve been to all offenders were warned once before being muted or banned. There were also warnings given to them as well.

Since you have trouble grasping how this all began, here’s the chain of events that has occurred:
1. I re-apply for GS (the month I was ineligible); you (some random faceless turcalled me a troll in the GS feedback thread without ever having talked to me before, and you even admit that yourself. You cast the first stone.
2. I retaliate in saying I don’t think you have the stones to be a good GameSage (and clearly I was right ^-^), you take offense to this and stealth-edit your feedback on myself. This proves you are in fact, a toolbag.
3. You vanish until the SI thread doramaz occured (hence why most everyone calls you out on playing J-Server and not performing Sage-duties; nobody saw you at all), and upon your return you prove my initial image of you was completely true.
Of course I’m going to have preconceived judgment on you. I know how drama works in this game (rumors spread fast and it’s a big game of telephone); I don’t dislike people for no reason at all. I try to give everyone a chance to prove themselves before passing judgment… but you got on my bad side before I could even begin to form an opinion. You made your bed, now you have to weasel out of it.
Oh, and to prove this point further… I used to hate Indi. I used to hate LoveGuardian. I used to hate about 90% of the people I’m friends with now (or they hated me, one or the other), the difference is all those people proved me wrong. You sir, have done nothing of the sort.
